Hi~ Been wanting to ask all you DMC fans this: Which is your favourite Devil May Cry?
Is it the 1st DMC or the latest one?? I know DMC 5 is coming out soon~ (or has it already?! Forgive me rarely play now since I started a new year @ school). And FYI I only have a PS2 @ home XDD. I've played DMC 2, DMC 3 and DMC 4~ I played the DMC 4 on my friends PS3. So, comment your answers/picks. Waiting to see which is your favourite DMC~ DMC 4eva~! ;)

Devil May Cry 5 Theories

As I said 2 days ago I'll be publishing your theories about the new DMC game and specially Dante's new look, only three of you did it :(

Edward Elric DaSilva Well since DmC is a prequel to the series, they probably wanted
to tell how he became the way he is. That look is probably what he looked like before Devil Trigger (It's a theory don't try and kill me on it). I don't exactly have a problem with it, sure I
don't like how Dante looks, but as far as game play is concerned and how the story is, I can't judge on it, since I haven't played it... yet.


Chethan Udayashankar Well my theory is that this black haired "Dante" is just a
scrawny teenager who's insane and just thinks he's Dante. That's why in the trailer they have him captured and are asking him repeatedly what his name is. They want him to admit that he's not
Dante. There would have to be a reason they are concerned though. Maybe because this black haired "Dante" has a real chance of developing the powers of the original Dante.


Zie Mie Marou My theory is.. this guy is someone who lost his memories and think he
is dante. Then dante will come and sort the mess because dante is half demon and half human. This guy is half demon and half angel. There gotta be a story.


Pam Schröter My theorie: Dante is half human and half devil, why ever, someone stole
his "devil-soul"... and he´s on the way to get part of part back to get his endless power again... :).

Devil May Cry the movie

Devil May Cry the movie has been making slow progress, since the rights to the movie were picked up earlier this year, but progress all the same. The
rights were picked up by Screen Gem, who have a great reputation for turning video games into movies.

Screen Gem are responsible for the Resident Evil franchise, so they know how to make money from movies based on a video game. It is
believed that Screen Gem are considering turning Devil May Cryinto a movie franchise, depending on the success of the first film.

Since Screen Gem picked up the rights to Devil May Cry, they have brought in Kyle Ward to pen the
screenplay for the movie. Ward seems to be the game-movie man at the moment, as he is also responsible for writing Hitman 2 and Kane & Lynch. With the slow
progress being made, it is likely that Devil May Cry the movie will be released late 2013.

Devil May Cry 5 Trailer

The game was officially announced by Capcom at their
press conference during the 2010 Tokyo Game Show in September, confirming an earlier rumor in the May 2010 issue of Game Informer which said that the fifth Devil May Cry game would be developed
by Ninja Theory. An announcement trailer was also released, giving players a taste of the new direction of the game. The game will be powered by Unreal Engine 3.
